Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, healing & wellbeing. One of the oldest complementary therapies which has been used in practice since the early 1950’s.

‘Rei’ universal & ‘Ki’ energy or life-force.

This treatment is simple & safe and has been known to be effective in helping virtually every known illness. It works in conjunction with all medical or therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and healing.

Reiki treats the whole person and anyone can benefit as it is suitable for a range of conditions and ages it is very gentle by nature. Many have reported benefits and some miraculous results from deep relaxation, feelings of peace, security & wellbeing.

Administered by a Reiki Master by means of laying on hands (clients remain fully clothed) either seated or lay down on a massage table. Tapping into your body’s natural energy or areas that require attention. You may feel warmth, gentle tingling sensation or a coolness all deeply relaxing and non-evasive.
